Charles Leaf - slammed with sexual Assualt of 4yr Old

A reporter for Fox News affiliate, WNYW Fox5, is being held on $250,000 bail after being arrested for aggravated sexual assault on a minor.

The 41-year-old reporter, Charles Leaf, was being held on charges that include sexual assault and endangering the welfare of children.

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office did not reveal many details of the incident other than the 4-year-old girl was an acquaintance of Leaf's and was assaulted inside his home.

Leaf was also ordered to surrender his passport and have no contact with the victim.
