Who Owns My Heart Video
Miley Cyrus released her latest music video, Who Owns My Heart?. The video features the former "Hannah Montana" star writhing in her underwear, then going to the club in a barely-there outfit and bumping with other club-goers. It is being called the Miley Cyrus Lap Dance Video by those who have watched it.
However the Parent teacher Council frowns at Miley's drastic change in image. "Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fanbase so rapidly," says Tim Winter, president of the PTC.
